The Business Analyst in the PbZ team is a highly-visible role that will be primarily responsible for supporting the PbZ management team by (1) identifying and analyzing business needs, synthesizing data, and developing reports and dashboards, (2) working closely with and supporting the Account Management group, and (3) assisting with collecting and aggregating PbZ client feedback. In addition, this role will engage with the PbZ management team to help drive the successful execution of strategic PbZ initiatives and provide general ad-hoc support. The Business Analyst will be exposed to all aspects of the PbZ business and have the opportunity to advance within the organization.
- Work with the Business Intelligence and Account Management teams to prepare timely and accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and analyses
- Extract, organize, and evaluate data directly from the proprietary ZipRealty CRM (Zap) to generate regular and custom reports for PbZ team and clients
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research and analyses that lead to key insights and actionable conclusions for the PbZ team
- Provide research and operational assistance to PbZ Sales team
