- Answers inbound customer calls with emphasis on customer experience and single- call resolution
- Navigate multiple systems to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Research and resolve billing and payment inquiries, coverage verification, and commission questions
- Participate in process teams to improve customer experience, quality, product, and retention
