ASSISTANTSERVICE MANAGER/WRITER


LEXUS OF GLENDALE HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR AN ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER/WRITER.

We need motivated employees who believe that taking care of our guests is a career, not just a job. 



As a Lexus of Glendale Assitant Service Manager/Writer, you will be working one-on-one with luxury owners who expect their time to be valued and for their vehicle to be kept in top shape by a professional and efficient team.  You must be comfortable with a wide variety of guests and always put their needs first, understanding that we are here for them and they keep us in business.  Writers are expected to serve our guests from the time they drive in until they have taken their Lexus home, by listening to their concerns, documenting them properly, communicating efficiently with the technician, keeping the guest up-to-date on the repair’s progress, and going over the Repair Order before pick-up.

 Requirements

Requirements:

  • 12 months minimum dealership experience required - or equivelant trade school or college degree. 
  • Excellent Guest Service skills
  • Maintain CSI above Elite standards (provide previous CSI scores)
  • Ability to communicate effectively whether by email, telephone, or in person
  • Professional, diplomatic, and tolerant with guests and fellow employees
  • Must have good DMV record
  • Foreign language a plus
  • ASE certified a plus
  • Lexus Senior or Master certification a plus.
  • Drug Free work environment.
