BPM Pega Lead System Architect

Job Description

Synechron on behalf of our client, a leading American Bank is looking to on board a BPM Pega Lead System Architect to coordinate a team of resources to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.. This is a long term role and is based in Addison, TX.

Job Requirements

*Candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and work effectively in a dynamic fast paced team environment.
*Ability to work in a technical lead role.
*Works with functional managers to establish and maintain technical standards and guidelines for their area.
*Works with functional manager to review and evaluate new technologies that may be beneficial to current and upcoming project work.
*Participate in the technical design review process to ensure high quality technical designs.
*Actively participate in Centre of Excellence and facilitate Business/IT alignment, governance, etc
*Align solutions within the overall IT strategy.
*Identify and deliver best practices, re-useable components, process optimization.

Required Skills:
*Excellent knowledge working on BPM (Business Process Management)
*Good knowledge of J2EE/Java development background preferred.
*Should be Fluent in JavaScript, HTML DOM, APIs.
*Good experience in using SOAP/HTTP connectors and Web Services.
*Good in using the file system connector.
*Pega Certified Lead System Architect is a Must.
*Experience on Version 6.2 experience a plus.
*Strong understanding of Pega Implementation Methodology.
*Experience in Lean Six Sigma preferred.
