This position is responsible for processing and managing a pipeline to meet closing deadlines. The pipeline will consist of FHA and VA loans. The Final Processor is the primary contact for the loan file upon receipt. Wyndham Capital is looking for candidates that have experience performing a variety of duties including loan documentation, data entry, customer service, and pipeline management. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, as you will be regularly speaking with borrowers over the phone.
Duties:
- Manage pipeline, borrower expectations, and handle phone follow ups
- Submit loan packages to various lenders to obtain loan approval
- Knowledgeable of lender/investor guidelines and requirements
