 APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN/SERVICE TECHNICIAN

---

 

• Appliance Repair/installation-to include dishwashers, disposals, stoves, and refrigerators.
• Electrical-replacement of swithches, outlets, and light fixtures
• Heating ventilation/air conditioning include:  replace a compressor and condenser, repair/replace/clean fan motors, burners and thermostats, leak detention and repair, control valve replacement, A/C charging
• General service proficiency in glazing, caulking, minor carpentry and screening. 
• Transport items that weigh up to 100 lbs.
• EPA Certification, HVAC,and other service trade experience required.

 

 

 

• Must have a minimum of two years Apartment maintenance experience.

• Must be willing to work on-call hours, when necessary

• Must be EPA certified 
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid  Drivers License within the state of residency. Acceptable driving record and own transportation.
• Pre-employment drug testing & background check required.
• Must have command of the English language.
