Automotive Sales Consultants positions available.

If you are motivated and driven by a culture where your pay is the by-product of your efforts, a position as a full-time Sales Consultant may be for you. Kelly Chevrolet has immediate openings for experienced New & Pre-owned Automotive Sales Consultants. If you have a background with General Motors and auto sales experience and/or knowledge of Chevrolet cars, SUV’s and trucks line-up, that is a plus

HERES WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our automotive sales consultants come from a variety of backgrounds ranging from entry level to career changers and/or experienced sales professionals.

 

1. Long term CAREER minded person REQUIRED

2. 2 years previous AUTO SALES EXPERENCE REQUIRED

3. Chevrolet experience a REAL PLUS

4. Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships: a “people person",

5. Basic MS Office knowledge: computer software

6. Experience with CRM software a PLUS

7. Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills,
8. Professional appearance,
9. Must have excellent phone skills,

 

Duties 

1. Gain in-depth  knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles and differentiate them to existing and potential clients,
2. Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options,

3. Test drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive features,

4. Complete quotes, return email/voicemail and other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork,

5. Follow up with potential clients to generate leads and close sales,

6. Become a GM Certified Sales Consultant and maintain 100% GM training status.
