We are currently seeking a
Residential Carpenter with General Maintenance Skills
for a large apartment community in Hampton, VA!
Guaranteed 40 hours per week!
Responsibilities include interior and exterior repairs of multi-family apartment housing. Specific tasks include installation of counters, cabinets and vanities, sheetrock repair/installation, door & window installation, flooring installation/repair, roofing, tile installation/repair, siding, and trim.
General electrical and plumbing skills are required. HVAC repair experience and CFC/EPA certification is a plus! Qualified candidates will have at least 4 years of carpentry/construction experience.
Tools, reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are required. Background check conducted prior to hire.
