Allcare Medical is a well-established, rapidly growing provider of home medical equipment. We are seeking motivated and well qualified individuals to join our team.
The Customer Service Representative's primary responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls to complete surveys
- Must be able to make 25+ outbound calls per hour
Candidates will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Schedule is Mon-Fri 11:30am-3:30pm, but must be flexible.
(Please note that you may be required to work holidays and extra hours as needed. This is a part-time position.)
While being a Customer Service Representative and providing excellent services to our clients is highly rewarding, it can at times also be quite challenging. The work environment is fast paced and effective multi-tasking, stress management, and orientation to detail are a necessity. Customer Service Representatives handle a large volume of phone calls, many times simultaneously, and due to the nature of our work, the room for error is very small.
