SALES / RECRUITER - GOVERNMENT

HAYWARD, WI

Responsibilities include:

 
  • Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
  • Determine and understand customer staffing requirements.
  • Evaluate, screen and interview candidate strengths related to customer requirements.
  • Identify, select and recommend the best candidate for the client requirements
  • Negotiate wage rates, terms of employment, and establish contracts with candidates.
  • Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests.
  • Manage contract employees while on assignment.
  • Assess and investigate contractor related problems, and administer performance counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary.
  • Utilize sales tools to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and assess client staffing requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with others in order to generate a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide accurate and thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems
  • Maintain industry contacts to gain knowledge, referrals and sales leads
  • Utilize relationship-based sales approach to build lasting business

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates for the Recruiter position must:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related sales or recruiting experience.
  • Be available to work before/after typical office hours as work schedule may demand.
  • Be Goal Driven by willing and wanting to work hard and have a competitive nature
  • Possess strong, solid written and oral communication skills.
  • Have superior Microsoft Suite skills: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Have work experience in a service-oriented business, social services
  • Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment
  • Have solid skills in adapting to an ever-changing and demanding work environment
  • Have superior good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
  • Be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer. Pass background, drug tests and able to obtain a security clearance.
