- 4-year degree or Masters Degree in computer science, math, economics, or the physical sciences (BA, BS, MA, MS)
- Knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 client and server operating systems
- Knowledge of SQL Server/Oracle databases desired
- Knowledge of Web protocols (e.g., HTTP, ASP, XML, etc.)
- Knowledge of Visual Basic or object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with TCP/IP-based networking
- Hobbyist-level PC hardware experience
- Applicant must have exceptional problem-solving and people skills
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- Willingness to travel, at times up to 5 days per week
