The Registered Nurse using critical thinking skills coordinates and provides safe quality care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Discharge needs identified at time of admission and appropriate referrals made.
Pain assessment/interventions are documented appropriately.
