- Oversee all aspects of commercial operations, including overseeing commercial team
- Should have a minimum of 5 years as Metal Recycling Buyer and 5 years outside sales experience
- Good customer service experience
- Salary: $150K-$175K
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
- Responsible for all rolling stock, bulldozers, loaders, etc.
- Set up preventative maintenance programs
- Set up schedules for daily repair work
- Salary starts $75K-$85K+
SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER
- Set up and supervise all safety programs
- Must be familiar with environmental health and safety regulations
- Improve difficult program
- Grow program
- Salary $85K+
NON FERROUS PROCESSING SUPERVISOR
- Receiving non ferrous materials
- Sorting and grading
- Maximize processing capacity
- Oversee shipping activities
- Grading materials
- Salary: $50K-$65K
YARD MANAGER (South)
- Supervise up to 300 employees
- Keep yard moving efficiently and safely
- Spanish, a plus, but not necessary
- Salary: $100K-$150K
GENERAL MANAGER
- Responsible for total operation including sales and production
- Shredder knowledge a plus
