FOCUS/OBJECTIVE:
Administrative support for FMRE (Facilities) department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule & prepare for meetings; file management; lease administration; travel arrangements; prepare, proof & distribute correspondence; expense reports; coordinate internal processes
 


Job Requirements 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school degree or equivalent; 1-3 years experience; writing & communication skills; good interpersonal relationships; strong organizational & coordination skills; strong computer skills - spreadsheets, presentations, word processing, email, databases; able to manage multiple time dependent activities.  FMRE (Facilities) experience is preferred.
