The Britt Hunt Company, LLC is currently seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, full-time Route Sales Assistant in the  Texarkana, TX district.  The Britt Hunt Company, LLC is a branded food concept distributor focused on being the best in sales, service and direct distribution.  We are the largest regional distributor of Hunt Brothers® Pizza (www.tbhc.com), which is currently sold in 28 states with over 6,500 locations. 

 

This position reports to the District Manager.  This full-time position offers a great work-life balance with a 4-day per week work schedule and no weekends!

 

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting Route Sales Representatives in running routes, unloading product, servicing stores in their absence, and other service-related duties
• Servicing stores during holiday periods and/or when both the Route Sales Representative and District Manager are not available
• Building customer relationships
• Providing unsurpassed customer service by ordering and/or delivering product to the customer
• Resolving problems and communicating pertinent information to the appropriate team member

 

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 2-3 years of route sales, supervisory, or management experience
• A valid driver’s license
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to lift and bend up to 60% of daily work hours
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and drive an 18-22 foot truck up to 1,500 miles per week
