CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR


We are in need of a talented call center supervisor for our ever growing company. We offer a great work environment along with a great product and good benefits.


WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL?

This position focuses on providing coaching and training to call center representatives who are making outbound calls to provide product or to collect funds. This is a temporary assignment however for the right candidate it can become full time permanent. You will be managing staffing levels that align resource availability with daily call volumes by skill set of employee. Will be providing daily management and planning attendance, vacations, FMLA etc..You will ensure and provide proper training to staff by monitoring calls to ensure company standards are met. You will handle any escalated phone calls requiring supervisor assistance. You will provide annual performance reviews, appraisals and performance improvement/counceling.

* Great customer service experience

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Supervisory experience in a call center environment

* Strong problem solving skills with basic math skills

* Associates degree in business related field

* MS Office
