Our client, a top-tier global law firm, is actively seeking a lawyer with 8+ years of experience to join its intellectual property and technology group as a counsel in its Chicago office. The attorney in this role will be responsible for IP and technology litigation as well as reviewing and negotiating IP and technology agreements including licenses and procurement/vendor agreements. Will also prepare and file copyright applications and recordation documents as well as assist with trademark portfolio management.
