Insurance Adjuster / Appraiser

 About The Company

 

Diamond National Adjusting, LLC is a national insurance adjusting firm.  We are seeking an adjuster / appraiser to cover the established territory of Tulsa, OK & Surrounding Territory

The responsibilities of this position will be:

• To proficiently handle field estimate for all personal lines insurance claims e.g. automobiles, heavy equipment, watercraft, RV, travel trailers, etc... 
• The territory set to 75 - 100 radius from your home office.  This can be adjusted accordingly in order to adhere to the mandatory 3 day turn around time on all assignments.  
• This is an established territory.  Must be able to dive in immediately.  Prior field experience is required

 

 

 

Must be proficient with computers and able to identify all types of physical damages.

The job requires you:

• To have reliable transportation, a digital camera, up-dated computer with Windows, Microsoft Word, Adobe...  
• You must have experience as an adjuster/appraiser, body shop estimator / manager / technician to apply.
• Must be able to identify and estimate reported damages / perils
• You are required to have prior field experience (able to identify and write damage through a compuerized estimating program / Audatex)
• Be able to demonstrate values to the public, adhere to DNA and client guidelines
• Apply proper field dress code
• High School diploma or equivalent  
• This is an appraisers position - ***an appraisers license is not required, however suggested***    

• Each Diamond National damage appraiser is required to be properly skilled and educated to handle inspections in the fields of: automobiles, heavy equipment, watercraft, motorcycles, travel trailers, RV’s and scene investigations

        

Diamond National's Mandatory Assignment Timeline - Diamond National expects every assignment to be contacted within 24 hours, inspected within 48 hours and submitted for review and file submission within 72 hours from receipt of assignment.

 

• Each assignment that breaches the 72 hour completion goal will receive an immediate status to our status department to be forwarded to the client with detailed information on the delay,

  and will continue until we have fulfilled our promise to our client, their customer and or future

  customer.
