Agency Business Consultant (Salaried Position)
Join our team! We are looking for an insurance professional to work with our agency owners in a consultancy capacity.
Core Responsibilities Include:
-Analysis of current agency results
-Operational efficiency
-Establishing agency objectives
-Implementing best practices in the areas of sales, operations, staffing and marketing.
-Developing short and long term goals.
Compensation:

Training:
This position will require our candidate to complete a 6 week intensive training program, which includes both classroom and field training.

Candidate Must Possess the Following:
-4 year college degree or higher
-2 to 5 years of business and insurance industry experience in a multi-line environment
-Currently possess Property, Casualty, Life and Health Licenses
-Capable of acquiring Series 6, 63 and 26 registrations
Past insurance sales or sales management a plus, but not required
