Contract Language Instructors sought to teach ITALIAN, FRENCH, PORTUGUESE and other languages (including GERMAN, CHINESE, and JAPANESE) for freelance teaching assignments in our private language centers and on-site locations. Our modern, state-of-the-art facilities are conveniently located throughout South Florida (with locations in Boca Raton, Weston, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura, Coral Gables, Brickell Avenue-Downtown Miami, Doral, and Key Biscayne). Flexible schedules and comprehensive training and professional development opportunities are provided. (1) All applicants must be native speakers of the language(s) taught. Completely native accent and pronunciation are required for approval to teach. (2) All applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or higher. Applicants who have not yet been awarded a bachelor's degree from a fully accredited college or university will not be considered under any circumstances. Instructors who start with a master's degree (or higher) will receive a somewhat higher starting pay rate than bachelor's level instructors. (3) All applicants must have prior experience relevant to teaching foreign languages to adults.(4) All applicants must have intermediate proficiency (or higher) in spoken and written English. (5) All applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States at the time they apply.
Notice to Spanish Instructor Applicants: Due to the large volume of applications we receive from candidates seeking to teach Spanish, please note that in order to be competitive in the application process, Spanish instructor applicants should hold a good master's degree or higher in Spanish, Education, Linguistics or a related field (foreign degrees are acceptable) and have substantial prior experience teaching Spanish.
