This position acts as a first point of contact for potential members and assists them through the inquiry process under minimal direct supervision. Makes potential member’s and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions. Actively seeks information to understand the potential member’s needs, problems, expectations. Builds rapport and cooperative relationship with potential member’s. Considers how actions or plans will affect potential members; responds quickly to meet potential member’s needs and help refer them to the next step in their inquiry process for member enrollment. When appropriate, must be able to provide the proper information of the next step to enrolling with the company. Essential responsibilities: Serves as the Ambassador for the company by exhibiting, respectful, professional, courteous, and friendly behavior towards potential members and providing a positive experience for the potential members. Will also greet and determine the potential member’s needs to potentially enrolling with the company. They will use available resources to determine the next step in the process for the potential member. They will provide the potential member with the documentation of the next step for enrolling with the company. They must be able to demonstrate Critical Thinking and Problem Solving during Challenging Potential Member situations. Job Requirements The ideal candidate must be very professional, very strong in handling unique questions. These candidates must have the ability to present and sell the positives of partnering with the company. Prior Healthcare experience appreciated not required. Strong Customer Service, Sales ability and Professionalism is mandatory. Candidates will need to be open to an alternating Saturday Schedule. Candidates must have proven 2-3 years Face to Face Customer Service Skills. Must be able to type at least 45 wpm. Retail background is preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly sought after! Health screen may be required.
