For over 100 years, the community has depended on Western Medical Center Santa Ana for innovative and advanced medical care.  Today, with our 282-bed facility and Level II Trauma Center, we provide comprehensive healthcare for the entire family.

 

We are currently looking for a Clinical Quality Review Coordinator that will conduct extensive chart reviews and analysis of data. Responsible for retrieval, organization, analysis, display, and documentation of QAI data into the medical staff and organization –wide QAI programs. Good written/oral communication, skills, good computer skills-graphs/matrix, coordination of medical staff department activities peer review, focus studies/renews/accreditation preparation, knowledgeable in Title 22/Joint Commission standards/COP. Good critical thinking skills, self-starter.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:  Current CA RN license, 3-5 years nursing experience.  Master's preferred but not required. QM and ICU experience preferred but not required.
