Experience in a Family Practice/Internal Medicine a plus. Experience with EMR preferred. Duties: Back Office M.A.: take vital signs, height and weight, perform EKGs, suture removal and assist the Physician during procedures. Front Office: answering phones, scheduling appointments/surgeries, records, chart prep, check in/out, rooming patients, etc. Perform appropriate departmental screening, lab tests and specimen collection; Provides patients with relevant instructions for specific tests and procedures.
