Job Description

Requirements

At least 1 year of Home Health experience required
Current California RN License
American Heart Association - Basic Life Support (BLS)

Duties

Provide direct patient care by developing an appropriate and individual care plan
Responsible for assessing, reassessing and coordinating patient's activities of daily living needs
Collaborate with patient's primary physician as needed
Help administer medications, groom, bathe, and transport
Keep careful records of the patient's vital signs, bladder and bowel function, and progress
Provide wound care, bandage changes, alcohol rubs, simple massage and maintenance of prosthetic limbs
