YPM, Inc. is a fast-paced and stable advertising agency with 30+ years of experience servicing multi-million dollar media accounts across various industries.  Our Account Management team is comprised of highly motivated, experienced marketing professionals dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality of service.  We are currently recruiting for Account Executives / Advertising Coordinators to join our team.  This is a great opportunity for someone who is career-minded, professional and responsible to join a dynamic company and talented team.

  

 

As an Account Executive / Advertising Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and building business relationships with clients, and developing and executing/placing the strategic sales and marketing plans with established accounts.

 

  

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

 

  • Work with advertiser on a daily basis to tactically ensure customer media campaign is reaching mutual objective.
  • Coordinate, manage and implement media plans, marketing and client budgets
  • Work with established clients. No cold call sales.
  • Daily monitoring of client deadlines to ensure ads are placed accurately & timely
  • Respond timely & accurately to client requests & special projects, both verbal & written
  • Creation of professional client correspondence
  • Prepare client related business meeting materials for meetings/presentations; lead client meetings/presentations

 

 

 


Job Requirements


 

Requirements include but not limited to the following:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 + years of professional business experience
  • Must be able to think strategically and develop implementation plans with strong follow through with measurable results
  • Analyze client customer data to support future marketing planning processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including formal presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work effectively under pressure and deal with multiple priorities  
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Solid MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) skills required
  • Will require some travel
