We currently have an urgent need for a Regional Training Kitchen Manager based in the La Jolla area! This person will be in charge of the training and development of Back of the House Managers and staff along with keeping them up to date on company policies. The Regional Kitchen Manager will also have an active roll in training new Management and hourly employees for future New Store Opening.

Job Requirements

Gecko Hospitality recruits Restaurant Management for corporate and privately owned restaurants.  We cover the entire United States. The qualifications and requirements to be considered are:

  • 3+ years of current Full Service Restaurant Kitchen Manager experience
  • Must have corporate Kitchen Manager experience
  • High volume background; must have KM experience in restaurants doing over $2 million per year in sales
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing Back of the House Management and hourly employees
  • Maintaining high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
  • Extensive Training and New Restaurant Opening experience needed
  • Must be able to travel to various locations
  • ServSafe Certified
