This challenging opportunity includes developing new business client relationships through referrals and calling efforts. Responsibilities include: Expanding client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor, developing a meaningful understanding of our client's business and financial needs Introducing customized banking solutions including loan products and treasury management services to meet their unique needs. Coordinates the efforts of the commercial client team to deliver an extraordinary client experience. Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized business client relationships. Job Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or finance, or MBA, is ideal. Minimum 5 years commercial or business banking and 2 years commercial credit experience desired. Strong sales experience with demonstrated success. Sound credit analysis and accounting skills with ability to identify, pre-screen and recommend loan opportunities that meet the bank's credit standards. Must be must be able to build compelling arguments to support recommendations, maintaining an effective balance between the sales/client objectives with the need to maintain acceptable credit quality and profitability. Strong interpersonal, negotiating, persuasion, and closing skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of commercial credit products and underwriting standards. Capable of working independently and in teams.
