SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

Responsibilities include extensive telephone interface providing technical support and training to a large established base of professional A/V resellers and installers. This position will focus on supporting Extron IP Link hardware and software solutions that our customers implement into A/V systems.

/> * BSEE or BSCS Degree (transcripts required) - NEW GRADUATES WELCOME!
* Experience programming in ANSI C, HTML, JavaScript
* Experience working with IT and computer networking
* Experience MCSA with elective in SQL server administration, Client/Server configuration a plus
* Experience with IIS Server administration
* Excellent communication skills, (written, and verbal)
* Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
* Some travel required
