Job Description

Security Clearance: Secret

Required Experience: 1 Year

Required Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

Concentration: Computer Science or Technical Field

Support Mission Computer Development.

Essential Job Functions:

Apply analytical techniques, and theoretical scientific methodologies, to develop OFP software for the F/A-18 Mission Computer.

Incumbent will be tasked directly by DCS Task Leader, and will work closely with senior engineers of the Software Development Team (SWDTT).

Participate in peer reviews and technical reviews.

Contribute to the development of task products, and work effectively in the SWDTT team environment.

Code and test the software to implement Mission Computer changes.

Job Requirements

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience.

Understanding of the full lifecycle of software requirements definition, code development, system integration and unit test.

Must have Assembly language experience.

Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance.

Desired Skills:

Experience with real-time embedded avionics system/simulation software development.
