OCCUPATIONAL/LYMPHEDEMA THERAPIST

JOB SUMMARY: Assesses patients and establishes appropriate treatment plan according to diagnosis based upon professional standards. Provides appropriate treatment of patients using specific modalities and treatment techniques. Accurately documents treatments and care of patients and communicates with Other team members. Participates in individual and department continuous Improvement and education activities.

This is a Full Time, Day Shift position.

1.  LeDuc Certification preferred
2.  PT, OT, or COTA certification required
3.  One year of L-E experience preferred, but will consider recetnly certifified therapists
4.  Good physical condition, which requires moderate lifting of equipment and patients.
5.  Current American Heart Association BLS for the HealthCare Provider required.
