Tax Accountant / Tax Senior / Tax Manager

Opportunity for a Tax Manager and a Tax Senior.  Also looking for a Tax Manager, CPA in our West Los Angeles Office.

These great job opportunities include but not limited to:

• Handle tax returns, tax research, tax planning, preparing tax projections, business license filings, client meetings and financial statement review.
• Able to handle individual, partnership, S and C Corporation returns, Fiduciary gift and estate tax returns a plus.
• Identify and propose resolutions to complex tax issues.
• Filing of applicable tax extensions as required.
• Interaction with state tax authorities and IRS as necessary.
• Tax Research.
• Tax planning and projections.
• Filing and follow up on all Federal, State and City business licenses.
• Manage the creation of corporate entities for business management clients.
• Review of Business Management client financial statements.
• Point of contact for all non business management tax clients.
• Work closely with clients to advise on income tax issues and related tax planning.
• Special projects as assigned.
