A leading post production visual effects company in Culver City is hiring for a Full-Time Staff Accountant. This will be a full-time position, with benefits. 

This individual will report directly to the controller and will be involved in all daily aspects of accounting, including A/R, A/P, and payroll processing.

Duties & Oversight Include

• Processing bi-weekly payroll for  Canadian office
• Processing weekly A/P runs.
• Daily invoicing of clients and applying payments.
• Assisting with cash collections efforts.
• Preparing Month-end close reconciliations
• Accounting for multiple entities.
• Accounting for foreign currency exchange, specifically Canadian Dollars. 
• Taking initiative with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work as a member of a team.

Salary: $19~$25/hr

 Requirements Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, ADP & Quickbooks
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to take initiative, problem solve independently, multi-task, prioritize, and work accurately and meeting deadlines while working in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written skills
