Some of the job duties include:
- Greet, welcome, and thank all customers when entering and exiting the dealership
- Assist with service drive traffic and escort clients to the appropriate personnel as needed
- Inquire to whether client has an appointment and check-in via the appropriate application
- Transport customer vehicles from one lot to another on a daily basis
- Park customer vehicles in an orderly fashion on Dealer parking lots
- Review the necessary paperwork to ensure car rental agreements are completed
- Check all loaners are clean and have adequate gas before releasing to customer
- Deliver customer and loaner cars following Dealership guidelines
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing department goals
- Perform miscellaneous tasks and errands as needed
