ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

The Mergis Group is presently conducting a search for an Accounting Supervisor for their rapidly growing technology client in Westwood, CA. In this newly created role, reporting to the Assistant Controller, the supervisor's primary responsibilities will include: managing high volume bank reconciliations and transactions, streamlining of policies and procedures, development and supervision of 3 staff, financial reporting, and special projects as assigned. Company offers fast-paced  and friendly working environment, opportunities for growth, and visibility to company's Senior Management. Base Salary to $90k + 10% Bonus and competitive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have a public accounting foundation, at least 5 years of relative experience within a similar role, active CPA License, have the ability to work well independently as well as within a team, a bachelor's degree and solid accounting foundation a must, possess excellent leadership skills, and interact effectively with all levels of management. Other requirements include:

* Excellent Project Managment and Troubleshooting skills
