Account Manager / Bookkeeper

Opportunity to become part of the team at this well established, stable Business Management accounting firm, looking for an Account Manager in our Encino location and also need one for our West Los Angeles location.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking care of multiple high net worth entertainment clients.
• Full charge bookkeeping.
• Interaction with clients over the phone.
• General ledger coding and posting journal entries.
• Bank account reconciliation.
• Working on datafaction imaging software.
• Previous experience of working in business management accounting industry is a Must!
  
  

Salary range $65k plus depending upon experience plus some overtime during busy season.  Plus excellent benefits.

We are also looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in West LA .

The requirements for the Account Manager for this great Business Management firm located in Sherman Oaks and Beverly Hills are:

• Previous experience of working as an Account Manager for a Business Management accounting firm is a MUST!
• Datafaction software experience.
• Full charge bookkeeping.
• Interaction on the phones with high net worth clients in the entertainment industry.
• Longevity on employment history.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
• Accuracy and attention to detail a must.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Live within reasonable commutable distance.
• Prefer 5 years plus  experience as an Account Manager.

Salary range from $65k plus depending upon experience.  Plus excellent benefits.   40 hour work week plus overtime during busy season.
