Job Description

Aspen Square Management, one of the nation's largest privately held real estate investment and property management firms with apartment communities in 15 states, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Inside Sales team.

Responsibilities include:

-Filling positions at all levels (p-t admin to executive/partner level)

-Drafting creative and enticing job postings

-Generating ‘top talent’ leads through networking, cold-calling, social networking, and both traditional and non-traditional industry sources

-Sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and providing exceptional follow-up to applicants and hiring managers in the field
-Full-time; based out of West Springfield office


(This position reports directly to management rather than HR.)

 

Job Requirements

-2-3 years recruiting & interviewing experience (corporate or agency) OR comparable experience in a sales capacity
-
Friendly, outgoing personality
-Ability to set people at ease
-Focus, drive and excellent work ethic

-Bachelor’s degree

-Ability to work in fast-paced, results-oriented environment

-Some travel in the U.S.
