Customer Service Pros Needed for Special Call Center Team

If so, the nation’s nineteenth largest provider of electronic security, Safe Home Security, has immediate openings for professionals like you on its new customer satisfaction team.
Working in our high volume call center, your primary mission will be to perform outbound customer “survey” calls with existing clients (no cold calling required) to measure their satisfaction with the company and its service, answer account related questions, resolve issues, provide technical support and sell Safe Home's products and services. You will occasionally answer incoming customer calls as well. In either case, you will reinforce the company’s commitment to its clients through your exemplary customer service skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Commitment to complete a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Passion for customer service; ability to build rapport with people quickly
- Comfortable with technology and computers
- Aptitude for working with difficult customers; ability to think on your feet
- 1-2 years sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Exemplary work ethic
- Ability to work until 8:00 pm weekdays
