Millcreek of Arkansas is a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Center for children and adolescents located in Fordyce, Arkansas. Located 70 miles south of Little Rock, we are situated on 37 acres in a cottage style setting serving 111 children ages 6 – 17. Our children come to us with a broad range of mental health disorders offering our clinical team members the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of children every day.

Requirements

Must be a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or eligible for lisensure in the with supervision.

Prefer at least one year experience in area of child/adolescent residential treatment.

Must be flexible with work schedule to ensure efficient operations.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Must be licensed or have applied for license in the state of Arkansas.
