Director of Operations : Registered Nurse ( RN )

Responsibilities of Director of Operations : Registered Nurse ( RN ) includes:

The Director of Operations is a leadership position responsible for overall healthcare organization and direction of home health agency operations and functions according to approved policies, procedures, and standards.
Director also ensures delivery of quality care to patients, enhancement of business development, and continuous improvement of agency efficiency and fiscal success.

Requirements
Director of Operations : Registered Nurse ( RN )

Requirements for Director of Operations : Registered Nurse ( RN) includes:

Future Director of Operations must have a Registered Nurse ( RN ) background and experience with at least one year supervisory or administrator experience in home health, hospice care, or related health programs.
A minimum of three years experience as a Registered Nurse with one of those years consisting of full time experience in providing direct patient care in the home health setting.
Other federal and state specific requirements will apply.
