Description:
Able to work at two or more facilities Self motivated and able to adapt to a variety of patient care settings
Provides direct patient care in various departments, may float to different areas according to experience level.
Provides assessment and planning for individualized patient care.
Communicates with physicians about changes in patient's clinical condition.
Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Performs general nursing duties
Participates in performance improvement activities as requested.
Provides service to age range from neonate to Adult depending on work area.
Job Requirements for a Registered Nurse - Arizona Market Pool:
Two years recent hospital experience
Current Arizona RN License
Current BLS
Current ACLS, PALS and NRP as required by area
Education Level Associate's Degree/College Diploma.
