Duties:
  • Formulate pre-season dollar, unit, markdown, receipt, and GM plans
  • Recommend business strategies to increase gross margin
  • Recognize business trends and revise in-season plans as needed
  • Ad hoc analysis
    • Requirements Successful Candidate Requirements:
  • Strong communication and partnering skills
  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excel proficiency
  • Advanced retail math skills
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of planning or related merchandising experience a must
  • Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
