This position will provide financial and business leadership to the U.S. Region by leading the financial decision support initiatives for two of our clients leading strategic business units These two business units account for approximately $1 billion in annual revenue for the U.S. Region. Specific responsibilities of the role include supporting the U.S. based marketing, sales and finance teams with monthly financial analysis and decision support activities focused on key product performance and optimization, new product analytics, balance sheet and cash flow performance reviews and business unit action plan development and execution.
This position operates as a key liason between U.S. Finance and the U.S. Marketing, Sales, Business Operations, and Global Finance (including global SBU finance directors) organizations. This position is responsible for supervising and developing a direct team of Senior Financial Analysts as well as providing valuable expertise, feedback and direction to an indirect staff that supports the planning and reporting processes for the two SBU’s.
