Description Our client is a mid-size engineering consulting firm serving clients throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic region.

Your responsibilities include development of project plans on the land side. This will include air space analysis, runway, FAP, safety analysis and staff management. Business development skills are required. Projects will include airport improvement at general aviation and commercial service airports throughout the Northeast.

This position will involve direct contact with the FAA, state aviation authorities, and clients.

This is full time position with health and retirement benefits. Your salary will be determined based on your experience and potential.

Requirements

BS degree in Planning or Engineering
10+ years of experience in airport/aviation planning
Business development skills and background
Design experience in grading, drainage, pavement, utilities and stormwater
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Master planning experience
GPS planning studies performed
Experience with commercial service and general aviation NE airports
Public participation skills
AICP license
Private pilot's license or AAAE Certification is preferred
