The Job Coachis responsible for teaching, coaching and assisting adults with intellectual challenges in all aspects of their daily living to foster independence and ensure their quality of life.

Job Coach
Synopsis of Job Coach Duties:Trains and assists program participants in the development of skills and knowledge necessary to meet the employer's requirements and perform the duties of the job.
Job Coach Responsibilities:
- Instructs program participants on specific job duties. Gradually decreases direct assistance so participant can live with less care.
- Helps maintain relationships with participants their family members, community resources, and Easter Seals members.

Minimum Job Coach Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively, through oral and written skills, with all levels of staff.
- Ability to obtain fingerprint/abuse index clearance from Community Care Licensing, if program requires.
- Ability to pass post-offer medical examination.
Able to lift 75 pounds.
