Description
Our client, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, is looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics GP Consultant to join their practice in Grand Junction, CO. This company designs moving software systems for moving and storage business management and consulting.
This individual will provide all aspects of implementation, analysis, process mapping, training and support for new and existing clients on the use of MoversSuite software (MSS) to meet business requirements.
Essential Job Functions:
- Implementation and support of MSS software, remotely and at client sites
- Support existing client base with day-to-day issues
- Providing input and advice regarding MSS software capabilities and functions to client organizations
- Responsibilities for software configuration, documentation, implementation, training and support of MSS software
- Analyze and develop recommendations to meet deliverable targets and complete project tasks within timeline and to clients' satisfaction
- Identify assignment conflicts and issues and communicate to Director
- Build positive client relationships while developing an understanding of customers' businesses.
- Participate in department/company initiatives (functional and technical analysis, documentation, development, testing, etc)
- Travel as required
- Increase moving industry knowledge
Requirements
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 years experience working with Dynamics GP installation and migration
- 2 years of customer support experience and two years experience working directly with an accounting/finance software package
- SOP, POP, FRX, Integration Manager experience
- Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and ability to meet reasonable deadlines
- Strong team player, ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the organization and with customer personnel
- Willingness to develop professionally
- Ability to work with little supervision
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Understanding of all aspects of the professional moving industry
- Microsoft SQL; Office 2003
- Business Intelligence experience
- Shows and demonstrates initiative
- Ability to rapidly learn and utilize new information
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
