Job Requirements
The success of this role will be dependent upon the ability to understand the practical implications of technology and business processes. A top performer in this role will develop processes and procedures that allow our clients to fully use their data assets. The candidate must be able to provide leadership for projects and activities, as well as influence and drive strategic efforts with other departments.
While we specify each engagement to the client’s immediate needs, some of the common efforts include:
•Communicating with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
•Application development in SharePoint, C#, or Visual Basic.
•Creating and understanding database models / schemas.
•Experience retrieving data with SQL queries.
•Experience managing and maintaining SharePoint 2007 farms.
•Vision, with a strong desire to lead, mentor and coach individuals while building exceptional teams.
