Be a part of the fun via the front lines of guest services! Greet guests, answer questions, table touches to ensure happy customers, etc.
Build positive relationships with customers, employees, and vendors
Promote a positive atmosphere for workers of all levels through clear communication and can-do attitude
Ensure procedures and policies are adhered to, report complex issues to the General Manager
Assist in the training, leading, and coaching of FOH employees
Assist in service planning, scheduling, etc.
Ensure policies and procedures are upheld at all times
Assist in maintenance of the restaurant
Other tasks as deemed necessary to run efficient operations
Skills & experience we are looking for:
Salaried Assistant Management experience in upscale-casual dining
Experience in upscale restaurant-brewery-type concepts are a plus, but not required!
Able to work a 5-day work week that will be a mix of days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong desire to Achieve / dedicated to Career Growth
Demonstration of excellent team leadership skills
Possess good Staff Management skills
Demonstrate a passion for detail management
