For our patients who require infusion therapy, we can administer antibiotics, anticoagulants, chemotherapy, immunoglobulin, inotropics and pain management medications either intravenously or via catheters. In addition, our registered dietitians are available to consult about and administer intravenous and feeding tube nutrition, and our patients requiring respiratory therapy will benefit from our home ventilator, sleep apnea and oxygen therapy programs.
Job Description
This position is responsible for coordinating clinical recruitment activities, pre-employment testing and maintaining a qualified applicant pool. Primary responsibilities include by working with clinical managers to determine qualifications, actively recruiting for all clinical positions, verifying and maintaining appropriate recruitment records, interviewing and selection of prospective clinical employees, and providing various employment reports.
Job Requirements
Must posses a 2 year college degree with required state credentials plus 2 years of recruiting or recruiting with a similar size company in health care. RN or other clinical health care degree or background a strong plus. 1-3 years of HR generalist experience and/or familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations also a plus. Computer skills in word processing, and spreadsheets required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
