Job Requirements
- 3 years experience in taking inbound calls regarding medical billing, medical insurance, medical front desk, and/or medical collections experience is required.
- Stable history is a must!
- Benefits investigation or insurance experience would be helpful.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel required.
