Our Advisor Development Program is highly selective. We use a multiple step process to identify bright and motivated candidates. Over the course of the program, you’ll receive the capital you need to get your business up and running. Our start-up package is above and beyond any commission and fees you generate, and it consists of three stages- Pre-apprenticeship, Apprenticeship and Residency.
8 week- pre-apprenticeship phase (Obtain 2-15, Series 7)
6 month apprenticeship (obtain series 66)
& a 48 month Residency
